I finished Ella's blanket just in time for her birthday. I think it was my fastest one yet. I drove down with Heather and her family that week so we all got to go to Ella's birthday party. It was nice to be able to see Ella get her blanket in person. Now I just need to finish Emily's unless someone has another kid soon.

My kids were scared in of a thunderstorm one day. I told them their blankets from Auntie would protect them. Now Jane calls them "the blankets that tect us." I like that.
